Terms of Service & Legal Notice

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Nexa Luxe, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland (QLD), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Technical Specifications & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, movement beat rates, case dimensions, and pricing. Independent Watchmaker Brand Notice: Nexa Luxe is an independent designer and retailer of wristwatches and accessories. Nexa Luxe is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rolex, Omega, NOMOS Glashütte, Junghans, Seiko Watch Corporation, or Citizen Watch Co. Any comparative references are made strictly for movement caliber specification (e.g., Miyota 9015 / Seiko NH35), dimensional comparisons, or consumer clarity. Nexa Luxe reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Water Resistance, Magnetism & Mechanical Movement Care Advisory

WATER RESISTANCE & CROWN ADVISORY: Water resistance ratings (e.g., 5 ATM / 50M) apply only when the crown is completely pushed in or securely screwed down against the case. Never operate, pull, or adjust the crown while submerged in water or in wet environments. Leather straps are not waterproof and should not be submerged. MAGNETISM & SHOCK HAZARD: Mechanical movements contain delicate balance springs susceptible to magnetic fields emitted by laptops, smartphones, induction cooktops, and magnetic bag clasps, which can cause erratic timekeeping. Avoid dropping timepieces onto hard surfaces. Nexa Luxe is not liable for water ingress caused by unsecured crowns, movement damage from severe kinetic drops, or magnetism-induced timing deviations requiring demagnetization.
